Structure :

²  It adopts imported supercharger parts and adopts single-cylinder two-way reciprocating plunger structure with advanced structure, reasonable and high stability. Guarantee long-term pressure output is strong and stable.

²  Equipped with Siemens (Beide) three-phase AC asynchronous motor.

²  The hydraulic pump is an automatic variable pump, which uses remote pressure control to improve the high-pressure water supply capacity through the low-pressure water pump to maximize the system efficiency. While ensuring long-term working efficiency, the oil temperature rises slowly and is suitable for long-term stability work. Control cabinets are installed in all directions to facilitate equipment maintenance and overhaul.

²  Plate heat exchanger, high heat exchange ratio, good heat transfer effect, control hydraulic oil temperature within the specified range.

²  Secondary water filter, the filter element is made of imported industrial filter from Japan, and it is made by melt-blown production process. Minimize damage to high-pressure components such as high-pressure seals and nozzles by minimizing impurities in water.

²  Equipped with Japanese Omron PLC control.

²  Equipped with inlet reversing valve, relief valve and cartridge hydraulic valve.

²  In order to protect the motor from excessive current during start-up, this high-voltage generator uses a star-delta start, so that the power system does not have to withstand unnecessary high loads. It has a slow start function and a low-voltage mode to automatically reduce pressure and noise during start-up.

²  Equipped with imported high-pressure pipeline to improve pipeline running time

²  With low pressure water shortage automatic protection function (high pressure pump automatically suspends operation when water inlet pressure is low)

²  Use stainless steel water pump for secondary water boosting, insufficient water supply automatic alarm and protection function to avoid damage to the machine due to lack of water or water source under pressure and impact on work performance.

l  Reliable anti-backwater design and accurate sand control panel avoid the problems of abrasive wetness, sand blocking and sand breaking caused by the backwater of the cutting head, ensuring the continuity of various cutting states and precise control. The amount of abrasive can effectively reduce the waste of abrasive. This item is also standard on Hyde equipment.

   Automatic sand feeder

l  The automatic sand feeding system developed by HEAD provides the water cutting machine with the function of storing sand and automatically transferring the abrasive to the CNC working platform, which fully reflects the automation degree of HEAD waterjet. This is the standard configuration of HEAD waterjet series products.

l  No need for electronic control, easy to operate, reliable operation, maintenance free

l  150 liters of volume provides the amount of sand needed for 8 hours of continuous cutting

l  The compressed gas pressure required during work is less than 0.2Mpa, the sand volume is uniform, and the conveying is stable.

High precision AC five axis water cutting head, the high reliable absolute value encoder servo motor can be started without the origin switch, which saves the time of returning to the origin and reduces the mechanical failure of the whole machine.
