Client's Need:
The client requires contour cutting of 3mm-thick wooden boards using a pure waterjet method, with dual cutting heads and an actual cutting speed of 10m/min.
Design Solution:
To meet these requirements, we engineered a dual-head cutting solution featuring a high-precision rack and pinion drive system and a Siemens servo-driven CNC platform to ensure cutting accuracy. At the core, a newly designed three-cylinder direct-drive ultra-high-pressure pump provides consistent high-pressure output, enhancing cutting efficiency and stability. After over a month of installation and testing by our production and R&D teams, the system has successfully passed rigorous performance evaluations. During trial cuts on 5mm-thick wooden boards, the cutting speed remained at 10m/min, exceeding client expectations and achieving outstanding efficiency, speed, and precision.

Since the client's materials are limited in variety and have fixed dimensions, we designed a three-head cutting system to achieve three times the cutting efficiency, effectively allowing one machine to perform at the capacity of three.To ensure stable pressure output during cutting, we selected the high-performance Qingfeng HEAD42037Z pump, which provides consistent and reliable high-pressure support, further enhancing production efficiency.
