Design Solution:

Design Solution:
We designed a fully enclosed waterjet cutter specifically for Titanium alloy, with a sleek design, meeting 5S standards, reducing noise, and ensuring safe operation. The 1m x 1m platform and AB five-axis cutting system provide precision, and the auto sand removal system simplifies maintenance. The equipment was delivered, and the client was very satisfied! Client's Need:
For laboratory use, cutting samples for tensile tests, primarily for steel plates and pipes with a maximum thickness of 50mm, requiring vertical precision of the cut surface.

The customer is a supplier of transmission towers for State Grid and Southern Power Grid, needing tensile testing samples cut into a dumbbell shape. The water cutting equipment must fit the existing workspace, with a cutting precision of ±0.1mm and specific verticality requirements.

Design Solution:
After an on-site assessment, we selected an integrated water cutting platform with an effective cutting stroke of 0.4M x 0.4M. This platform meets the cutting needs while saving space and reducing noise. The cutting head features angle compensation to ensure precision and verticality. An integrated sand removal system simplifies post-cutting operations, and the water cutting process improves tensile testing sampling efficiency by 50%. This solution has been widely adopted in universities and research institutions.

Client's Need:
Looking for a device that can comprehensively solve the problem of cutting aluminum alloy for high-speed trains.

Design Solution:
According to the actual situation and cutting needs, HEAD Waterjet has successively provided customers with a total of four generations of cutting equipment. The continuous upgrade is only to better support China's high-speed rail construction. The fourth generation of equipment has better equipment operation convenience, safety and aesthetics.

Client's Need:
The customer primarily processes mechanical components and needs a water cutting device capable of cutting large-sized workpieces. This includes plate cutting and edge trimming of large castings, with specific requirements for cutting precision and verticality.
Design Solution:
After discussing the maximum size of the workpieces with the customer, we selected a 4.7M x 10M CNC cutting platform to meet their large cutting needs. This platform features a seamless cast iron frame design, ensuring strong integrity, minimal deformation, and a long service life. The Z-axis has been customized for height to accommodate edge trimming of large castings. The design includes a dual-beam configuration with three axes and AB five-axis capabilities, suitable for standard plate cutting while ensuring precision and verticality. Equipped with dual 420Mpa Qingfeng high-pressure pumps, the system can cut two materials simultaneously, significantly enhancing work efficiency.

Client's Need:
The customer needs a machine that can cut plates within 6 meters and pipes with a length of 6 meters, and requires efficient cutting capabilities.
Design Solution:
We added a CNC pipe rotation mechanism to the equipment to support three-dimensional cutting of pipes. The cutting of plates and pipes is managed by an electronic control system, which can be switched freely. The pipe cutting roller frame adopts a height-adjustable design to meet the cutting needs of pipes of different diameters. The equipment is equipped with double beams, double pumps and pipe cutting mechanisms, which can achieve plate and pipe cutting on the same platform. The double beams and double cutter heads can be used with double high-pressure pumps for synchronous cutting, and the efficiency of cutting batch workpieces is doubled. In addition, the double cutter heads can be operated independently, cutting different workpieces at the same time without interfering with each other, and supporting the cutting of large workpieces by a single cutter head, realizing multiple uses of one machine and improving work flexibility and efficiency.
