After discussing the maximum size of the workpieces with the customer, we selected a 4.7M x 10M CNC cutting platform to meet their large cutting needs. This platform features a seamless cast iron frame design, ensuring strong integrity, minimal deformation, and a long service life. The Z-axis has been customized for height to accommodate edge trimming of large castings. The design includes a dual-beam configuration with three axes and AB five-axis capabilities, suitable for standard plate cutting while ensuring precision and verticality. Equipped with dual 420Mpa Qingfeng high-pressure pumps, the system can cut two materials simultaneously, significantly enhancing work efficiency.

Design Solution:
We added a CNC pipe rotation mechanism to the equipment to support three-dimensional cutting of pipes. The cutting of plates and pipes is managed by an electronic control system, which can be switched freely. The pipe cutting roller frame adopts a height-adjustable design to meet the cutting needs of pipes of different diameters. The equipment is equipped with double beams, double pumps and pipe cutting mechanisms, which can achieve plate and pipe cutting on the same platform. The double beams and double cutter heads can be used with double high-pressure pumps for synchronous cutting, and the efficiency of cutting batch workpieces is doubled.
