Client's Need:
It is necessary to cut carbon/carbon composite fiberboard, cut a circle with a thickness of 20mm and a diameter of less than 3000mm, cut holes according to the drawings, and there should be no delamination after cutting. The faster the cutting efficiency, the better. Occasionally, some 6000mm iron plates will be cut.
Design Solution:
Water jet has a natural advantage in cutting composite materials, and the delamination problem that customers are worried about does not need to be worried at all. Precision CNC operation makes cutting according to the drawings simple. During the material trial cutting process, we obtained the best cutting speed for the customer's carbon/carbon composite fiberboard and recorded it and shared it with the customer later. Finally, we proposed the HEAD3060BA equipment plan for the customer. After the equipment was put into operation, the customer's product process and production efficiency were greatly improved.
