For cutting carbon fiber plates, it is necessary to perform special-shaped cutting according to the drawings, and it is hoped that stacking cutting can improve efficiency. Mechanical loading and unloading reduces labor input.
Design Solution:
Select a robotic arm that meets the working path to implement the grabbing work; for stacking cutting, after verification, the maximum number of layers that can be stacked is obtained, and the tooling is customized according to the material size provided by the customer. According to the tooling size, a 2.5M*1.5M cutting platform is selected, and the AB5 axis performs slope compensation to ensure cutting accuracy. The drill device is installed to drill the cutting hole to solve the edge stratification problem caused by direct water jet cutting. The customer was very satisfied with the plan and signed four sets of equipment in the first order.
