• Do we want to know approximately how much abrasive (sand) is used per linear meter?

    Answer: Every hour water jet cutting machine will use 15kg-20kg abrasive which is keeping running machine to make abrasive waterjet cutting.Such as you work most glass      thickness is 3mm thickness, using Q2 quality cutting speed: 5360mm/min.The cost of abrasive in per meter is only--0.04KG-0.062KG. (The abrasive need 80 mesh garnet). • What is the price per kilogram of the abrasive

     Answer: In China, the abrasive price is 280 USD/ton-380USD/ton, one ton is 1000KG, if you can place order in October, we can send you 2 tons abrasive(380USD value quality) as a gift with your machine together, and shipping in one container. If you want to get more, we can give you 330 USD/ton price to sell you 380USD/ton quality abrasive (because we don't sell low quality abrasive).So per kilogram abrasive price is from 0.28 USD to 0.38USD.

• Can the abrasive (sand) be reused several times or only once and if it can be reused, approximately how many more times?

Answer: The used abrasive can't be used anymore, we don't recommend, because the used abrasive has been damaged when cutting and mixed with glass fine particles, if use will damage the cutting head.

• How often is it recommended to clean the machine?

Answer: We recommend you to clean machine in half month if you work 16 hours everyday, if you can work 8 hours everyday, only one month to clean the water tank is ok. Or else you can clean the machine when you see the water tank is full with used abrasive.If you don't have much manpower, you also can buy a abrasive remover system, it can be automatically to remove the used abrasive from the water tank, no manpower cost, easily operation and using, price of this optional function is 5200 USD.

• What are the main wear parts on this machine and what accessories should we have in stock so that production does not stop?

Answer: I recommend you to buy one year or two years spare parts in the list with machine together. Put them in your stock, then you can ensure your machine without any using problem and won't stop and wait anymore.
